Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over a tortilla, leaving a small border. Sprinkle with shredded romaine lettuce, sweet onion, and roma tomatoes, then layer the thinly sliced salami, capocollo, and ham.
  3. Starting at one end, roll the tortilla into a tight log shape. Use toothpicks to secure the edges.
  4. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange on a serving platter.
