Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, instant chocolate pudding, oil, large eggs, and sour cream. Beat until smooth.
  3. Grease your bundt pan with butter and flour. Pour the batter into the pan.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the batter, pressing them down slightly.
  5. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting it.
