Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle on medium heat for about 5 minutes and lightly grease it with butter.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, gently folding them until just combined.

  6. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat the process until all batter is cooked and serve topped with toasted pecans and maple syrup.
