- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, sliced onion, and bell pepper. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Drain any excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- On the baking sheet, arrange 8 circles using shredded Monterey Jack cheese, each about ¼ cup in size.
- Bake the cheese circles for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, cool the cheese slightly, then spoon the beef mixture onto each circle and roll them up.
- Let the rolls sit for a few minutes to firm up before serving warm.
