  • 1 lb Ground beef or thinly sliced ribeye
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced medium onion
  • 1 Bell pepper, thinly sliced any color or jalapeños for spice
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce gluten-free if needed
  • 4 oz Cream cheese or dairy-free cream cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Cheese Wrap
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded or Provolone/Mozzarella

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef, sliced onion, and bell pepper. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain any excess grease, then stir in Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. On the baking sheet, arrange 8 circles using shredded Monterey Jack cheese, each about ¼ cup in size.
  5. Bake the cheese circles for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Once baked, cool the cheese slightly, then spoon the beef mixture onto each circle and roll them up.
  7. Let the rolls sit for a few minutes to firm up before serving warm.
