Method
 

Directions

  4. Chill the dough wrapped in plastic wrap for at least one hour.
  5. Roll out the dough to ⅜-inch thickness on a floured surface and cut into fun shapes.
  6. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-14 minutes.
  7. Cool cookies on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, half and half (or milk), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  9. Decorate cooled cookies by dipping them in the glaze, then adding sprinkles while wet.
  10. Allow decorated cookies to dry at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
