- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
- Cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the halved Rolo candies using a spatula.
- Spoon dulce de leche over the batter and swirl it in to create a marbled effect.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for 2 hours before slicing.
