  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the Caramel Filling
  • 30 pieces Rolo candies halved
  • 1/2 can dulce de leche

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the halved Rolo candies using a spatula.
  5. Spoon dulce de leche over the batter and swirl it in to create a marbled effect.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bars to cool at room temperature for 2 hours before slicing.
