Method
 

Cream Cheese Cold Foam
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and vanilla syrup until creamy and smooth.
  2. Gradually add heavy cream and whole milk, whisking until thickened and soft peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Latte Preparation
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice, leaving room for the latte.
  2. Drizzle in carrot cake syrup and let it pool at the bottom.
  3. Pour whole milk over the ice and syrup, stirring gently.
  4. Brew a shot of espresso and slowly pour it over the milk.
  5. Top generously with cold foam and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired.
