  1. Marinate the Beef by combining steak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 egg in a large bowl. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Oil for Frying by heating 2 inches of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until tiny bubbles form.
