Mango Salsa Preparation
- In a separate bowl, mix together diced mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serving
- Once the chicken is cooked, allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the chicken topped with mango salsa on the side.
