Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the Skillet: Begin by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Cook the Sausage: Add the sliced chicken or turkey sausage and cook for around 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the Broccoli: Pour in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and add the broccoli. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  4. Add the Shrimp: Introduce the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque and pink.
  5. Combine Sausage and Garlic: Return the sausage and add minced garlic and optional crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Make the Sauce: Pour in honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, cooking for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  7. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.
  8. Serve and Garnish: Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
