Step-by-Step Instructions for Ground Turkey Vegetable Soup
  1. Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and chopped celery, cooking until softened.
  2. Add ground turkey to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
  3. Stir in sliced baby potatoes, chopped carrots, and trimmed green beans. Follow with tomato paste, diced tomatoes, white beans, and broth.
  4. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix together and bring to a boil.
