  1. Begin by cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and place them into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth over the chicken pieces. Stir gently to ensure each piece is coated.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning over the mixture. Add salt and black pepper to taste and stir.
  4. Cover and set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6-7 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked rotini pasta and cover.
