  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
For the Finish
  • 1 cup Pineapple (chunks) cooked
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, pineapple juice, and red pepper flakes until fully combined. Set it aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the shrimp and sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce mixture into the skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the seared shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce, simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the pineapple chunks and cook for an extra minute until heated through.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil, stir in lime juice and cilantro, then cook for a final 30 seconds.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and enjoy!
