Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. In the same skillet, toss in chopped onions and sliced mushrooms. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until onions turn translucent and mushrooms become golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Allow to simmer for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the cooked egg noodles directly into the skillet. Stir in the sour cream until everything is coated in the creamy sauce.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
