Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Grilled Watermelon
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lime juice, lime zest, honey, and olive oil until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Cut the watermelon into 1"-thick wedges and arrange on a platter.
  4. Brush the honey-lime marinade over the watermelon wedges, covering well.
  5. Place the marinaded watermelon wedges on the grill. Cook for about 2 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
  6. Remove from grill, sprinkle with mint leaves and sea salt, and serve immediately.
