Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the juice and zest of two limes with ¼ cup of honey until fully combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat your grill to high. Trim off the ends of the watermelon and cut it into quarters, creating 1-inch thick triangles.
  3. Brush both sides of each watermelon piece generously with the honey lime mixture. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove the watermelon from the grill and drizzle remaining honey lime mixture over the top. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
