Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine roasted red peppers, sliced shallots, capers, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Brush both sides of the swordfish steaks with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F). Spray the grates with cooking oil.
  4. Place the swordfish steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Transfer the grilled swordfish to a platter and top each steak with Mediterranean salsa. Serve immediately.
