Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, mild chili powder, lime juice, and lime zest. Stir thoroughly until well blended.
- Thread the shrimp and peach chunks alternately onto the kabob skewers, including 3-4 shrimp and equal peach pieces.
- Brush the marinade generously over the assembled skewers and let them marinate for about 15-30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F). Oil the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking.
- Place the kabob skewers on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and peaches have grill marks.
- Once cooked through, remove the skewers and let them rest for a minute before serving.
