Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
- Place the onion rounds on the grates and grill each side for 5–7 minutes.
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Brush the balsamic glaze on the onions with about 2 minutes left of grilling.
- Remove onions from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
