  • 1 teaspoon Finishing Salt & Black Pepper sea salt and freshly cracked pepper recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, reaching 400°F.
  2. Wash and slice the nectarines into eighths, removing the pits. Lightly coat with olive oil.
  3. Grill nectarines for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and fruit softens.
  4. Whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, lemon zest, and fresh herbs in a bowl. Gradually add olive oil while whisking.
  5. In a salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh cherries. Pour vinaigrette over.
  6. Top the salad with grilled nectarines, burrata, and prosciutto.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs, finishing salt, and black pepper, and serve immediately.
