Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to a steady 300°F for even cooking.
  2. Inject chicken breasts with melted salted butter and coat with Italian rub.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice into strips.
  5. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  6. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté bell peppers, onion, and carrot for 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Add tomato sauce, brown sugar, and spices to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Combine drained spaghetti with the sauce, tossing to coat, and heat through for about 2 minutes.
  9. Serve the spaghetti topped with sliced grilled chicken and garnish with fresh basil.
