Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ripe cherry or grape tomatoes and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil. Toss gently.
  3. Transfer the oiled tomatoes into a grill basket and place on the grill for about 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes, shake the grill basket gently and continue grilling for an additional 4 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine full-fat Greek yogurt with grated garlic. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across a serving platter.
  7. Pour the grilled tomatoes atop the yogurt spread. Season with flaky salt, black pepper, and sumac.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and drizzle with olive oil. Serve alongside warm pita or flatbread.
