  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Green bell pepper can be used for a less sweet option.
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper Any color bell pepper can be used.
  • 1 medium Onion Can substitute with shallots.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh is better, but canned can suffice.
  • 6 pieces Skewers Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Gather your skewers and ingredients.
  2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk until fully blended.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight for deeper flavor.
  5. Thread marinated chicken, red and green bell peppers, onions, and pineapple onto soaked skewers.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
