Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, or air fry for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let the balls cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs or cheese if desired.
