Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking sheet or loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf form.
  4. Place your shaped meatloaf into the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, checking the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. While baking, melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  6. After the initial baking time, brush the prepared glaze over the top of the meatloaf and return to the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Once done, let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
