- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and Italian herbs until smooth and well-blended.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently mix the ground beef with 8 teaspoons of garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Take four of the burger patties and spoon a portion of the cream cheese mixture onto each.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the stuffed patties on the hot surface and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
