  • 1 lb Ground Beef 15-25% fat content recommended
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil can swap with vegetable oil
  • 6 large Flour Tortillas
  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted) unsalted best for seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) fresh is better
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper
  • optional Sliced Pickles for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix and let cool slightly.
  4. Combine melted butter and minced garlic in a separate bowl.
  5. Lay flour tortillas flat, distribute beef mixture evenly, and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush garlic butter over the top of each roll.
  8. Bake the rollups for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving, and garnish with sliced pickles if desired.
