Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the Garlic Butter Mixture by combining softened butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Preheat the skillet over medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  4. Layer shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese on one slice of bread in the skillet.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up, and press down gently.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from skillet and let it rest for a minute before slicing diagonally.
  8. Serve warm with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or tomato soup.
