Preparation
  1. Clean all fruits under cold running water. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, cube the mangoes, halve the strawberries, and cut the dragon fruit into 1-inch cubes. Peel and chop the sapota and arrange in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss the banana slices with lime juice to coat lightly to prevent browning and to keep them vibrant.
  3. Drizzle remaining lime juice and honey into the bowl of prepared fruits and gently toss everything together.
  4. Allow the mixed fruits to sit for about 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  5. Divide the fruit salad mixture into 6 serving cups, layering the fruits attractively.
