  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt omit if using salted butter
For the Topping
  • 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar mix of light and dark optional
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Cold Butter cut into pieces, unsalted recommended
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt only needed if using unsalted butter
