  • 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather a large mixing bowl and wash the fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries under cool running water. Gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Hull and quarter the strawberries, then combine them in the bowl.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add honey (or agave syrup), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
  3. Pour the dressing over the berries and carefully fold it in using a rubber spatula to coat every piece.
  4. Serve immediately in a large serving platter or individual bowls, garnished with extra chopped mint if desired.
