  • 1 4 Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Can substitute with olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions for Ground Beef and Veggie Stir Fry
  1. In a large skillet, heat a splash of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Once the beef is browned, stir in minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add your chosen mixed vegetables and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the veggies are tender yet still retain a bit of crunch.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and additional sesame oil, stirring well to coat all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve the stir fry over freshly cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
