- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, fine sea salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly until well-coated.
- Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- While croutons bake, prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, mash garlic with a pinch of salt. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- In a serving bowl, add coarsely chopped romaine lettuce as the base. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently until well-coated.
