- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Flatten each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough into a circle about 3 inches in diameter. Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 1 piece of mozzarella cheese, and 1 slice of pepperoni in the center, fold and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Brush this mixture over the tops of each sealed Easy Pizza Bomb, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Carefully place the prepared Pizza Bombs on the lined baking sheet or into the muffin tin, bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the Easy Pizza Bombs to cool for about 5 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm alongside extra pizza sauce for dipping.
