For the Filling
  • 12 pieces Mozzarella Cheese 1-inch cubes or shredded
  • 12 slices Pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup Pizza Sauce plus more for dipping
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese any hard cheese can substitute
For Garnish
  • to taste Fresh Parsley optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Flatten each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough into a circle about 3 inches in diameter. Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 1 piece of mozzarella cheese, and 1 slice of pepperoni in the center, fold and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Brush this mixture over the tops of each sealed Easy Pizza Bomb, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Carefully place the prepared Pizza Bombs on the lined baking sheet or into the muffin tin, bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow the Easy Pizza Bombs to cool for about 5 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve warm alongside extra pizza sauce for dipping.
