Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and peel the peaches, cut into quarters.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, cilantro, and jalapenos.
  3. Combine all prepared ingredients in a bowl.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped peaches, red onion, jalapenos, cilantro, and squeeze lemon juice.
  5. Gently toss until well mixed.
  6. Transfer mixture to a food processor and pulse until combined but still chunky.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  8. Transfer salsa into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
