  • 15 ounces tomato sauce or can swap with crushed tomatoes
  • 8 ounces spiral pasta short pasta like penne or elbow macaroni can be used
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese cheddar or Monterey Jack can be used

Cooking Steps
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Add chopped onion and green bell pepper; cook for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  3. Drain excess grease, then add steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano; cook for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth, milk, tomato sauce, and A1 Steak Sauce; mix well and add uncooked spiral pasta.
  5. Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes, ensuring pasta is covered with liquid.
  6. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 10-15 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce is creamy.
  7. Remove from heat; sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, cover, and let sit for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot.
