- Begin by laying out a 20-inch piece of plastic wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning evenly across the center of the plastic wrap.
- Carefully lay 1 pound of cold-smoked salmon slices on top of the seasoning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of whipped cream cheese, 2 thinly sliced scallions, and 2 teaspoons of freshly zested lemon.
- Using a spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the layer of smoked salmon.
