Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by laying out a 20-inch piece of plastic wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning evenly across the center of the plastic wrap.
  3. Carefully lay 1 pound of cold-smoked salmon slices on top of the seasoning.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of whipped cream cheese, 2 thinly sliced scallions, and 2 teaspoons of freshly zested lemon.
  5. Using a spatula, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the layer of smoked salmon.
  6. Place thinly sliced avocado and cucumber along the bottom edge of the salmon and cream cheese layer.
  7. Using the edges of the plastic wrap, carefully lift and roll the salmon over the filling and vegetables.
  8. Once rolled, wrap the plastic tightly around the log and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
