- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unwrap half of the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and press it evenly into the baking dish.
- Layer about 8 Peeps evenly over the pressed cookie dough.
- Crumble the remaining sugar cookie dough over the Peeps.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Gently swirl the softened Peeps across the surface of the dough.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
