Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Base
  • 1 box Jell-O Classic No-Bake Cheesecake Mix Any no-bake cheesecake mix can be used.
  • 3 tubs Cool Whip 8 oz each.
For the Crust
  • as required Crust Ingredients Includes butter and finely crushed graham cracker crumbs.
  • 1 can Cooking Spray Alternatively, use parchment paper.
For the JELL-O Layers
  • 3 tablespoons Blue Jell-O Powder Any bright Jell-O flavor can substitute.
  • 3 tablespoons Strawberry or Cherry Jell-O Powder Any fruit-flavored Jell-O can be used.
To Assemble
  • as specified Boiling and Ice Cold Water Filtered water gives the best results.
  • as desired Cadbury Pastel Mini Eggs Optional for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk Jell-O Classic No-Bake Cheesecake mix with cold water for about 2 minutes. Pour over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Dissolve blue Jell-O powder in boiling water, then add ice-cold water. Fold in one tub of Cool Whip and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread the blue Jell-O mixture over the cheesecake layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  5. Prepare the second layer by dissolving cherry Jell-O in boiling water, then add ice-cold water. Fold in one tub of Cool Whip.
  6. Gently spread the second JELL-O mixture over the blue layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Spread the last tub of Cool Whip over the top and decorate with Cadbury pastel mini eggs or other toppings.
  8. Remove from the springform pan, slice with a warm knife, and enjoy.
