Preparation Steps
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk Jell-O Classic No-Bake Cheesecake mix with cold water for about 2 minutes. Pour over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Dissolve blue Jell-O powder in boiling water, then add ice-cold water. Fold in one tub of Cool Whip and chill for 30 minutes.
- Spread the blue Jell-O mixture over the cheesecake layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Prepare the second layer by dissolving cherry Jell-O in boiling water, then add ice-cold water. Fold in one tub of Cool Whip.
- Gently spread the second JELL-O mixture over the blue layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Spread the last tub of Cool Whip over the top and decorate with Cadbury pastel mini eggs or other toppings.
- Remove from the springform pan, slice with a warm knife, and enjoy.
