Ingredients

For the Mousse
  • 1 pound Fresh Strawberries Use ripe but firm strawberries for the best flavor and texture in your mousse.
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar If using very sweet strawberries, reduce the amount for a balanced taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice A hint of lemon brightens the mousse; increase for tangier flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Add just before combining to enhance aroma and flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (cold) Ensure it’s well-chilled for optimal whipping; coconut cream works as a dairy-free substitute.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • Rubber spatula
