Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Cheesecake Cups
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until mixture resembles wet sand. Spoon about 2 tablespoons into each serving cup and press down firmly.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla essence, mixing until fluffy and well combined.
- Scoop a generous layer of cheesecake mixture on top of the crust in each cup, filling them halfway. Sprinkle half of the remaining crust mixture over the cheese layer, followed by chopped fresh strawberries.
- Add another scoop of cheesecake filling, nearly filling the cups to the top. Use the remaining crust mixture for the final layer.
- Top each cup with Cool Whip or whipped cream and garnish with extra strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Notes
Make sure to use softened cream cheese for a smooth texture. You can prepare the cheesecakes a few days in advance and keep them in the fridge until ready to serve.
