  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds Optional
Salad
  • 2 cups Strawberries Fresh, quartered
  • 2 Kiwi Peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh, cubed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Zest and juice the lemon into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add maple syrup and poppy seeds, whisk until smooth.
  3. Wash and slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwis, core and cube pineapple.
  4. Add fruits to dressing, gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for up to an hour.
