- In a mixing bowl, combine ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, honey, almond extract, and all-purpose flour. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into 20 equally-sized balls. Roll each ball in icing sugar until well coated. Arrange on baking sheets and press your thumb into each ball.
