  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, honey, almond extract, and all-purpose flour. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Roll the dough into 20 equally-sized balls. Roll each ball in icing sugar until well coated. Arrange on baking sheets and press your thumb into each ball.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly golden.
