Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of cold water with 2 tablespoons of loose leaf green tea or 2 green tea bags. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves, allowing their bright fragrance to infuse the water.
  2. Peel and thinly slice 2 ripe kiwis, ensuring they are at their peak ripeness for optimal sweetness. Add kiwi slices to the pitcher and gently muddle some of them to release juice.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or your favorite sweetener to the pitcher, adjusting to taste. Stir thoroughly to ensure the sweetener dissolves.
  4. Cover the pitcher securely and place it in the refrigerator to steep for at least 6 to 8 hours. For best flavor, let it steep overnight.
  5. After steeping, remove the pitcher from the refrigerator and strain out the kiwi slices, mint leaves, and tea bags using a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cold brew tea over the ice, allowing it to chill further.
  7. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of kiwi before serving.
