- Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper, overhanging on the sides, then spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a pot, melt butter over medium-low heat, then add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients: Remove from heat, stir in pistachio pudding mix and vanilla extract, then fold in Rice Krispies until coated.
- Compact the Mixture: Transfer to prepared pan, press down firmly with a buttered spatula to compact into an even layer.
- Set and Slice: Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, lift out of the pan, slice into squares and serve.
