  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 4 Fresh or Cleaned Whole Crabs
For the Topping
  • 4 tbsp Butter melted

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the crabs by removing the top shell and cleaning out the interiors. Rinse under cold water and drain upside down.
  2. Make the filling by combining all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mixing gently until cohesive.
  3. Stuff each crab cavity with the filling, pressing down gently to ensure compactness. Arrange in a baking dish.
  4. Melt butter and brush it over the tops of each stuffed crab.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake stuffed crabs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the stuffed crabs cool for a few minutes before serving and garnishing with parsley and lemon wedges.
