Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until dissolved and let cool.
  2. Crush the salted pretzels, then mix with granulated sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 13x9 glass dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over the cooled pretzel crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Hull and slice fresh strawberries. Mix the sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O, then pour it over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
