Preparation Steps
- Season the cooked chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- While chicken cooks, rinse and dry romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine chicken and romaine in a mixing bowl. Add Caesar dressing and Parmesan, mix gently, and toss in croutons if desired.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a plate.
- Spoon chicken and lettuce mixture onto the croissant bottom halves, sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired, and top with the croissant tops.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
