Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Season the cooked chicken breast with salt and pepper.

  3. While chicken cooks, rinse and dry romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine chicken and romaine in a mixing bowl. Add Caesar dressing and Parmesan, mix gently, and toss in croutons if desired.
  5. Slice each croissant in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a plate.
  6. Spoon chicken and lettuce mixture onto the croissant bottom halves, sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired, and top with the croissant tops.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
