  • 24 slices Pepperoni Can substitute with salami
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce Or pizza sauce with herbs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded for best melting
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese can be used
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Extra Mozzarella Cheese For topping
  • Italian Seasoning or Parsley Optional for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil the Lasagna Noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat to cool.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture by combining ricotta with salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Roll Ups by spreading ricotta on each noodle and adding pepperoni.
  4. Roll tightly and place seam side down in greased baking dish.
  5. Add Marinara Sauce to the bottom of the dish.
  6. Cover roll-ups with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Serve and garnish with parsley or Italian seasoning.
