- Boil the Lasagna Noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat to cool.
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture by combining ricotta with salt and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble the Roll Ups by spreading ricotta on each noodle and adding pepperoni.
- Roll tightly and place seam side down in greased baking dish.
- Add Marinara Sauce to the bottom of the dish.
