  • 1 cup Caesar Salad or any favorite salad mix
For the Meatloaf Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Homemade Meatloaf Sauce or substitute with your favorite BBQ or steak sauce

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm the Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), slice meatloaf, place on baking sheet and heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Meatloaf Sauce. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toss the Caesar Salad. Mix salad ingredients in a bowl for about 2 minutes.
  4. Toast the Sourdough Bread. Toast until golden-brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Slather on the Meatloaf Sauce. Spread sauce on interior sides of each bread slice, taking 1-2 minutes.
  6. Layer the Fillings. On one slice of sauced bread, layer meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Complete the Sandwich and Serve. Place second slice of bread sauce side down, cut if desired and serve warm.
